your reservation by 4pm the day prior to your scheduled arrival.
From September
through December you must cancel your reservation by 4pm
two days prior to your scheduled arrival.
If you made your reservation through a third-party
(not with
the hotel directly) you must cancel it through that third
party.
The hotel is not authorized to cancel third-party reservations.
